2013 POWER TOUR BEGINS JUNE 1st!
It's that time of year again, the Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour begins in Arlington, TX the first weekend of June. We will spend the week traveling the south to our final destination of Charlotte, NC. Our very own Miss Painless, Veronica Jensen will join us for the Kick Off Day in Arlington with this year’s new poster, we will also have the 2013 Power Tour windshield stickers and the return of the Painless Fans for those of you with the non a/c cars. Be sure and drop by our trailer Saturday or any day of the tour for your goodies! Just as a reminder, if you want an autographed poster, Veronica will only be with us on Saturday. We are looking forward to seeing all of our old friends and meeting new ones this year.

Saturday night of the Power Tour there will be a cruise to the NEW Coyote Drive-In in downtown Fort Worth! Go to http://www.coyotedrive-in.com/ click on purchase tickets, go to the date drop down and click on June 1st, There you will be able to purchase tickets to the all time car classic American Graffiti! There will be other movies as this is a three screen drive in. It is limited to 1500 cars so get your tickets early! Food is available as well as beer and wine. Since we introduced it in 2005, PowerBraid Wire Wrap has become one of our hottest selling products and now we have a second version of this popular wire covering Classic Braid! What is the appeal of PowerBraid? First of all is the look. Unlike traditional convoluted tubing, PowerBraid does not have that hard plastic look. The best description is that it looks like braided hose and it really dresses up an engine compartment and if you were looking for more of an old school look, more cloth like, Classic Braid is what you are looking for! Similar to PowerBraid, Classic Braid is unlike convoluted tubing - exceptionally easy to work with. The soft, almost cloth-like material has a lateral split along it's length that easily closes in around the wire bundle without the need for additional tape or wire ties. The 10 mil braid is lightweight and flexible. The more than 25% edge overlap allows coverage around inline plugs, connectors and splices. Finally don’t forget just like its brother PowerBraid, Classic Braid is just an amazing material. Classic Braid retains its shape and rigidity from -100 degrees F to + 250 degrees F and has a melt temperature in excess of +400 degrees F. So remember if you are looking for that cloth appearance in a flat black covering look to our NEW CLASSIC BRAID! The comparison pictures show you the subtle differences in appearance of the two products. The original Power Braid is on the top and the NEW CLASSIC BRAID is on the bottom. Our most complete harness is now shipping, three different part numbers that cover virtually all options of these popular cars. For ease of installation the harness is separated into three separate sections (interior, engine and rear). The installation manual is over 150 pages, complete with color photos to make this one of the most “Painless” installations you can do. If you are installing aftermarket options, most of those are covered in the manuals. As an addition to this release we are also releasing Power Window and Door Lock harnesses for those with those options.
